The Essence Anthology is a collection of written works that explore human essence in all its complexity, embodying the universal emotions and challenges we face as individuals and as a collective. It explores all varying degrees of what it means to be human: love, pain, guilt, joy, anger, jealousy, hopelessness faith and so much more. In itself, it’s a metaphor for how these things are our fuel for creativity, our motives to live another day, the words we choose, and the way we interact with others. It is about the building blocks of being human as ultimately that is all we can ever be.
